Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness shows when she was a teenager. She won her Pro Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. She won her Pro Card within a year when she was 17. She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel quit the stage after six years to complete college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from where she previously left off participating in some of the most prestigious contests including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her first show, she continued competing throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. At the end 2009 she won the titles of four other fitness contests. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel completed the first six years of contest to earn her college degree. In October of 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three month later and came home with sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations going in and was thrilled by her result. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats on a machine pull-ups, and seated rows. She usually warms up first before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel will also make the most out of her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
